Why is the back not adjustable
In order to deliver a chair which stands up to the hard wearing environment of education, we investigated reasons for chair failure, and the primary cause was adjustable backs of chairs breaking or becoming damaged. The fixed back on the Indestructible Chair means that the chance to damage the chair is limited and the chairs last longer.
You say they’re made to order - how long will they take to make?
2-4 weeks as long as booked in before busy Summer period.
I want 1000 overall but 100 now, is that OK?
Yes – we are happy to ship as required. We will ask you to make payment once they are completed.
Can you take my old chairs away?
Yes we can recycle your old chairs and re-use parts – please get in touch so we can advise.
Where are the chairs made?
Here in our purpose designed factory in Reading, Berkshire.
You call it an indestructible Chair: do you offer a guarantee?
YES as standard 10 years. This does not cover misuse and abuse.
